Our properties under management range from single family homes, duplexes & fourplexes, medium sized apartments, as well as large apartment communities that require on-site Colonial staff. Our company's mission is to aid in our investor's success as much as possible. We conduct every 3 month inspections free of charge to minimize risk, we call inquiries of vacant units within 15 minutes to minimize your downtime, and we are one of the only companies in Texas that re-run your tenant's credit, background, and employment docs prior to offering Lease Renewals. Because of this, we have averaged a consistently low eviction rate of 1/6th of 1%, one of the lowest in our industry. Our team looks forward to working with you!
