Colonial goes to great lengths to ensure a quality family moves into your home. We answer inquiries within 15 Minutes, Run Nationwide Background Checks, Employment & Landlord Verifications, Credit Checks, re-run all of this on an Annual basis, and conduct every 90 Day Home Inspections.

Our primary focus with Duplex & Fourplex properties is to minimize our landlord's downtime and maximize the care for the tenants and property upkeep. This means handling tenant issues and disputes quickly and providing personalized service. Occupants are likely to stay if they feel competent Management is in place. 

Small to Medium Apartments require extremely close attention to detail. Keeping the occupants happy will lead to long-term occupancy, something that is incredibly valuable to our Owner clients. Making sure quality repairs are taking place also leads to less repairs in the future.

Having an On-Site Manager for your Apartment Community is important. Colonial will not only assign a dedicated manager to your specific community, but we will also support that Manager with a local staffed office. This provides them with the extra support needed to prioritize showing appointments and face-to-face support since the main office is preparing paperwork for them.
