WORK ORDERS THAT ARE NOT SIGNED OR HAVE INCOMPLETE CONTACT/PROPERTY INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED/PROCESSED. As stated in your lease, AIR CONDITIONERS & HEATERS are NOT considered and EMERGENCY when they malfunction. We will strive to complete ALL work orders in a timely manner. DELAYS DUE TO DELIVERY SCHEDULES, VENDOR'S SCHEDULES, HAVING TO ORDER PARTS/MATERIALS or INSURANCE CLAIMS being processed ARE NOT under our control, per section #26 of your lease. SHOULD OUR VENDOR CONTACT YOU THREE TIMES WITH NO RETURN CALL, YOUR WORK ORDER WILL BE CLOSED AND A SERVICE FEE OF $65 WILL BE CHARGED, IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VENDOR SERVICE CALL FEES. During the term of your lease, you will be required to take normal care and perform normal maintenance on the property and its equipment, as outlined in your TAA Lease and Tenant Contract. IF A TENANTS CALLS A VENDOR ON THEIR OWN, SAID TENANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL.
